This patient is a young woman with breast cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction in a single surgery. Her nipples were saved and we hid her incision in her breast crease. Both her breasts were reconstructed with silicone implants above her pectoralis muscle. She is 1 month after surgery.
