This patient had a previous breast augmentation by another surgeon. Over the years, her breasts drooped over the implant and her implant developed scar tissue around them. We removed her old implants, the scar tissue around the implants and replaced them a newer generation silicone breast implant. She also underwent a breast lift to restore the contour of her breasts.
